martink3950 @mlr374 The narrowest part is just about level with the zippered pocket on the front. Laid flat it is 13.5 inches. Around the area that usually sits on the waist is 18 inches laid flat. This is just above the bottom of the zipper. I measured where the waist was on me. I'm 5ft 3. The adjustable straps on the shoulders will change the length depending on your height.

martink3950 @mlr374 I could ship tomorrow morning but it definitely could not be there by the 26th. Poshmark only uses Priority mailing labels and typical delivery is 1-3 days. With the Holiday most items are taking longer.
