Festival/Western/Cowgirl sundress with tie between shoulders, Size M

I love this dress but it’s way too big on me now. Worn once to a Garth Brooks concert. Size tag was cut off but I can provide measurements. This dress was bought at one of my favorite boutiques in Orange County
