Festive H&M Sundress

This dress is so fun with all the ruffles and colors. Both sides of the arms lay even on the body so that there is no pulling from the adjustable straps. 100% Rayon. I wore this as a size 8 and it fit well. It does have a slight high-low design of the dress.
