kristenmartin06 @cassyhenry great question, I'm actually 5'8" and it hits above my waist. The length is a little shorter than I would typically like, so (in my opinion) this would be ideal on someone a bit shorter. So on a shorter person it may hit at the waist. I've posted 2 more photos. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

kristenmartin06 @swilburn76 the straps are adjustable in the back, so the best way to measure the length is from the waistband to the bottom hem, which is 42". The waistband should hit right below the ribcage. The waistband itself is super stretchy, but relaxed its about 24" around. Let me know if you'd like any other details!
