Festive and vintage…Handmade blazer with matching cape. Perfect for the holidays

No tags, but feels like a cotton/polyester blend. Fits like a medium- I’ve included some pictures of measurements. I see a few pin dot size marks if I look closely but haven’t tried to remove them. Bottom button is loose. A really really cute set.
