kaceylou84 @samurai1951 hey there. I’ll measure when I get home in a couple hours. I can tell you it does have some stretch and I’m a 36C-34D. I used to wear this when I was heavier too and it’s always been flattering but like I said I’ll measure when I get home but it does stretch!

kaceylou84 @samurai1951 so just laid flat the waist is 13” but it stretches way out. Armpit to armpit 15”. Im 27” around my waist and the belt is too big on me. It’s cotton, rayon and polyester .
