Few Femme Dress Size S/M

This dress does not have a specific size. It looks like it could have been hand made but I’m not sure because the interior hem is hand cut. It’s approx. 16” armpit to armpit, 14.5 inches across waist seam, and approx 36 inches from shoulder to hem. There is no stretch, with zipper closure.
