No Tag Attached. Unique cotton skirt with distressed ruffles and aqua tulle at the hem. Elastic waistline. I have compared with other Girls similar skirts for size. Not positive if made by hand, purchased at a small children’s boutique. Size: Medium (Girl) 10-12 Waist: Elastic-13-14 inches - flat lay stretching a bit. Length: 13 1/2”
