Fiesta Beaded sequins Y2K Dress Straps No Size Tag 6? cut out Side Slit Maxi

See close up photo of right front of dress..it has a bit of pilling..may be removed by  buyer,  didn't attempt because it isn't bad and didn't want to damage piece. This is a vintage Fiesta dress with beaded detailing and cut-out waist. The dress has straps and a side slit, and is black in color. The size is not specified, but it is estimated to fit a size 6 based on the waist measurement, see measurents please to determine if this will fit.  Side slit, side zipper..a small bit of stretch.  The dress is suitable for clubwear/ coctail occasions.
