Fiesta Skirt

Dark gray cotton skirt with elasticized waistband and hankerchief corner hem with machine embroidery. The skirt is hand sewn with embroidered flowers in blue with purple highlights and chartreuse stitching. It really stands out against the charcoal gray background. Skirt doesn't have any tags but measures 12" across waist unstretched: will stretch to 19". It falls to 26" overall. Good condition without any holes, tears or odors. There are a few faint white spots, (you can see in photos) which did not come out after it was cleaned. Please ask all questions before purchasing.
