Fiesta brand one shoulder emerald dress - XS

Fiesta brand one shoulder evening gown - size XS, emerald/ teal color. dress has been altered to fit someone 5’5 or shorter. I am 5 ft tall with 5 inch heels on. dress features rhinestones/ gems with floral design metallic lace material overlay. GUC, some beads are missing but not noticeable. only flaw is the discoloration of the gems on the shoulder as pictured in the last pic. dress was only worn once for military ball. also great for prom or any special occasion. open to trades
