Figural ,hand painted papermache earrings

These papermache earrings are hand painted, depicting An African American woman face framed by diagonal lines creating a pattern in the corners. They are stud style, measuring approximately 1.5" long by just less than an inch wide and very thin. The warm brick red like color of the border and back paint has a sheer coating. The stripe framing is in black and white. They are extremely light weight, and will sit flat on the ear with wide stud backs. The earrings are signed HR and dated 1989 -
