Soft feel and heavy quality due to Peruvian cotton. Well made and ready for any task from a night out to a hike this item does it. The sizing is important...it fits larger than M usually does. I'd call it more on the large side. I'm a solid medium in most Filson shirts and jackets in this sweater is a medium, but it feels like I need to gain another 10 or 20 lb on my 180 lb 5 ft 10 in frame for it to drape perfectly. Consider this a large size. This is a premium piece super soft and the garment design is complimentary to any body. It does a great job insulating in cold temperatures.
