Classic Filson waxed cotton protection from the rain and sun, plus looks great too. Almost black color, but called cinder because it's actually very dark gray. This one was purchased but never used, just sat in the closet. All leather and materials are in perfect shape. Large beautiful brim can be hand formed to your preferred shape over time and with its first coat of wax to add to the factory application. Vent holes in side help keep the air flowing, but this IMO is a cool weather hat not good for 100 degree Texas summers...but you do you! Size large, that's 23 inches around your forehead. I'm a standard issue basic size man at 5'10" 180lbs and it fits my proportional head (?) perfectly.
