Fin and Vince Mama Encore Dress

I love this dress. The length just doesn’t look right on me, so I don’t think I’d reach for it enough to justify keeping it. I am the second owner to my knowledge. The bodice is a bit loose. My thought is the previous owner maybe breastfed in it or was much bustier than I. I do think it would be an easy alteration to make. The middle elastic on the back of the dress was sewn by previous owner. Other two are in ok condition, but may need to be fixed at some point as well.
