grabnglo @jmosolino hi I'm at work and will have to measure when I get home. It will probably be first thing in the morning because my son has homecoming game tonight and I will be picking him up straight from work to go. I'm 5'4 and have a heel on as you can see in the pic and I don't believe these can be altered anymore due to the snap buttons that go to almost the bottom. But I'll look when I'm measuring. I see what the heel hight was too

grabnglo @michdi hi flat the waist is about 13.5” the hips are about 16.5” and the thigh is 10” at the highest point right under the crotch area. Yes they have stretch to them
