high5posh @dupere 17” of it is on a flat surface and I measure seam to seam on the waist. Bust... I am not sure. I would say a C for sure but it depends on your frame. It is a 4, but a nice size 4.😊

high5posh @dupere this dress falls straight down. It would never look baggy. My sister is a 27 inch waist. Maybe my measurement is of the outside layer. The dress has a flowing look to it as it hangs straight down.
