redred58 @nancymcclain Hi Nancy so there is a problem with your package, I took it to the PO and they weight it and its 15 lbs so I brought it home to upgrade the shipping label but I guess she scanned it so it shows that it has been shipped and I can"t print another label, what a mess and the extra shipping is over 10.00 that would mean I only make 20 so I guess I am going to have to write to Poshmark and tell them about the problem unless you have another idea

nancymcclain @redred58 would it fit in their flat rate box?because you can reprint the poshmark label for 6.99 and add the rest of the postage. I think its $13.65 for a medium flate rate box, so its $6.65 additional postage and I can send you the difference ?

redred58 @nancymcclain See that's the problem I can't get it to print because the gal at POST scanned and now it says it's been shipped so it won't let even upgrade, I think I will just go down there again and tell them they have to take it now and if it's over they can hold it at your PO and you would have to pay the extra shipping, did you know that you can't even call poshmark, you have to email them and it could take days

redred58 @nancymcclain They took a box from me the other day and it was 12 lbs maybe that girl will be there, but would it be OK to tell them that you will pay the extra shipping on your end

redred58 @nancymcclain OK so I will, see if they will do that, it's crazy that it shows it shipped, so I'm going to tell them they need to take it , because they did that (shows it shipped) and I can't get into system now to upgrade shipping label ha

nancymcclain @redred58 if they won't do that then maybe I can buy the Khaki shorts for $6 & you can mark them up $7 to cover the shipping plus you'll have the 6.99 shipping label from the shorts.

redred58 @nancymcclain OK we are golden they took it yeah!! I told her what happened when she scanned it and that it would not let me in the app to upgrade, so she took it, and said you might have to pay difference but I don't think that will happen
