Winds and functions well - tested and does tell time accurately. Face is lightly soiled, appropriate with age. Leather strap shows some signs of wear (creasing, minor tearing on the interior side) - See photos Details: Exquisite and fine Vachron & Constantin Geneve Swiss-made ladies/women's petite wrist watch, made between 1904-1910 according to the serial number (304223). Case is 18 karat yellow gold, stamped 0.750. Maker's hallmark and serial number stamped inside (see photos). The band is a polished mocha brown alligator leather, also stamped. Unknown buckle material - likely gold. Manual hand-wind movement. 12-hour dial, with numeric hour marks on 3, 6, 9, and 12.
