Fine Cotton mini dress or tunic top w/cinch elastic & curlicue embroidered trim

Fine white cotton mini dress or tunic with wide elasticized waist and gently gathered skirt. Dress has beautiful curlicue embroidery along hem bodice and center back. Skirt has split vents at the side seams. Could definitely be used as a beach coverup. Dress is 30” in length shoulder to hemline.
