Finn & Grace Ruffle Collar Cocktail Dress

In great pre owned condition. Washed and ready to ship to wear. Semi sheer but it’s layered with an inner slip, so it’s not see through. Adorable ruffle detail on collar, bell sleeves and peplum hem. Side zipper works perfectly. All accent buttons are attached nicely. Materials tag has been removed but I’m assuming it’s possibly a polyester blend. BI - 0216
