Fiorentini + Baker Nubuck Leather Mens Lace Up Ankle Boots Sz 10.5

Reposhing this item I bought last week. The boots are beautiful and in great condition with the exception of the sole: they show wear and most importantly the rubber is worn (or torn?) off. Please see photos. Still wearable as they are because the rest of the sole and heel are well-made and sturdy. But I think this is an easy fix but the boots don't fit me well enough for me to take to a cobbler. I wore these once to discover they were a bit tight. I think I'm an 11 in boots after all.
