This is new with tags but is a sample and missing it's inside tags (logo tag and material washing instructions) It's a size Italian 40. It has an elastic (not much stretch) high waist of 12.5" flat unstretched. Natural waist is 13" The skirt is approximately 17" in total length. Made of soft and shiny polyester. Condition is new with tags, no flaws, but was a salesman sample. Well made and I love the print soft subtle pleats all the way around.
