In excellent condition. Real leather size 6 Waist meaures just over 12 3/4 so 25 1/2 + waist. Width at thighs (middle of skirt) is 17 3/4" Total length of skirt is right at about 23"

_hollis_ @davidhinkel I appreciate your offer, but I think a 25" waist is too tight for me. I'm normally 26 in jeans, and I doubt this has much stretch. :(

davidhinkel @_hollis it does have a zipper on the back so there is room for stretch. Let me have my girl try it on and see how it fits her becuase she's a 24. I'll be completely honest with you and if it looks like it may be owe I'll take pics and you can decide. If it doesn't work out no worries I appreciate the interest 🙂

davidhinkel @_hollis_ ok I had her try it on and see could pull it way down so I measured it again and I messed up on themeasurement initially. I put new pics up of it measured loose without being stretched at all and it came just a hair above 12 3/4 so essentially a 25.5+ waist measurement. If you want to try them and they don't fit exactly how you like you can send them back for free. Up to dear just wanted to give you the option.
