EUC vintage First Avenue wool felt hat in true burgundy red with black velvet ribbon. Brim can be worn down or up. From England Great Britain. Head Size approximately 21" Minor marking on the interior head ribbon where some foam had been placed to make the hat smaller, but has since been removed.
