First Impressions Baby Girl Jacket Raincoat Infants Size 6-9 Months Read FLAW

This adorable jacket is preowned and I did find one flaw I think. On the lower back of the hood I found two small pink spots. I tried to wipe with a baby wipe and they didnt come off. It did change the color of the horse as the baby wipe was wet and the jacket is partially color changing when wet! Please look at pictures carefully. This is the exact item you will receive.
