Black high-low dress with slit that tulips down. Skirt has short liner, and the top wraps., with elastic waist. Very flowly, flattering material. This is a little big on me in the photo, because I am a small now, but was a medium when purchased. Fits true to size. Only worn twice! Love this dress!!!
