First State lined cotton metallic pleated skirt

EUC this is a stunning little pleated miniskirt. It is cotton with metallic threads and polyester lining. It has a back zipper. The pleats are in front only with a gathered back. It is a full flaring skirt. Waist 31 to 32” Length 17.5 inches.
