does this come with the rubber armor plates? Does it reek of cigarette smoke?

@damiantanner Yes it does have the armor it is new never worn I have had in a closet covered with a sented bag. I don't smell any cigarettes smoke. I have been trying to keep all my items away from smoke . do you need me to measure it to see if it will fit you. I can do that tonight I have to get back to work.
