Fishing cat embroidered organza puffed skirt

The waist is 24 inch without stretching, when fully stretched the waist band is about 34 inch. It should one up to 32 inch conformably. The skirt is 40 inch long including the waist band. Very cute design, embroidery of a group of cats trying to fish. The outer layer is cream colored organza with sheen. Lining is white polyester.
