Fit & Flare Jeans

I just bought these super cute jeans from The Blushing Brunette Boutique, based out of Georgia. They don’t quite fit the way I would like, but I can’t return them. I absolutely hate that I have to sell because they are so nicely made and adorable! The size says small, but I would say that they are around a size 4. I usually wear a 5/6 and they do fit, they just don’t fit my legs how I like. I would also say the waist fits mid-high waisted.
