Fit and Flare Bandage High Waist Structured Skirt, Black, Pink, and Blue - Mixed colored Floral pattern on some layers and black on the other layers. Has a super stretchy waistband and the rest of the skirt has fairly thick material and is decently structured. Size small, with a stretchy waist. ~10" waistline unstretched, ~13.5" waistline stretched decently (can be stretched a bit more, I didn't want to handle the garment too much), when measured flat. ~17" length measured flat. This skirt is so cute and I wish I didn't have to sell it. It is very unique and fun to wear! It is in fantastic condition and has only been worn once. Label is listed as "Touch Me"
