Fit and flair, deep v, cap sleeved, funky blouse

This thing is so cool. I'm just not even close to a medium any more. It's a bit longer since it flares. For shorter ladies this cloud be a short tunic. Hits my hips and I'm 5'6". Ties w some elastic in the back for the "fit" part.
