Fitted top, flared skirt. Long sleeve that are fitted then flare into a bell. Boat neck that ties in the back and a side zip to help with the fitted-ness. Really pretty and fun. The florals are a pretty Jacobi print consisting of maroon, orange, navy, dark green and lime green on a white background. There is also a white gauze fabric trim on sleeves and hem. Lovely.
