Fit and flare navy dress by Aphratti, size XXL. RUNS SMALL 18” bust Eyelet. EUC

This is so pretty and very flattering. It’s dark navy blue with a notched neckline and little flower shaped cutouts at the hem. It’s about knee length/midi (depending upon your height, of course). Fitted through the waist with flare at the skirt. The size label says XXL but **it runs small** It measures about 18” across the bust. There is some stretch. Easy to wear just about anywhere. Travels well, too. EUC!
