Fit and flare striped mini dress size 8

V neck - striped black and royal blue - zipper on the side - mini - fit and flare - size 8 - I bought this at Dillard's a while back. I ripped the tag so I don't know the brand. The fabric has some stretch. Came with a belt. Don't have it anymore. Very good condition. Love it, but it is too short for me.
