Fit and flare wedding dress brand new

Bought at a wedding boutique in Phoenix, Arizona Decided to go a different direction as the top is too low for me. (I am a size DDD for reference) Size 8 Has been hemmed. I am 5’ 1 and I altered it to foot the floor with Christian Louboutins with a 100 cm heel So if you are 5’5 roughly and wear flats it would be perfect. Also a bustle was added to the gown to make it easier for after wedding fun! Dress is NWOT Please ask questions :)
