Fit & flare, floral, holiday party dress

V-shaped neckline and back of dress. Wide shoulder straps. 26-28” waist. Fits bust up to 34”. Shoulder to bottom length is 33”. The base of the dress is a deep wine color, with flowers in dark and lighter green stitching. .There is some pilling on the stitching but it doesn’t really show. Great for a wedding or holiday party!
