Fit & flare vintage skirt😍

One of a kind!! I don't know where you would find another like it❤️true vintage black taffeta skirt with sturdy/thick tulle lining that creates the most feminine silhouette☺️I'm modeling it in the 1st pick. Like new condition! Hip to hip measures 17 inches, 25 1/2" top to bottom. Zips in back with a clasp in closure as well. The only tag on the inside is marked 11/12.
