Fit for a Princess Shelia

This dress is in excellent used condition, but it could use an ironing, maybe cleaning. It has a pink underskirt, topped by a white net skirt. I’m having trouble describing the top skirt, it’s like it attaches at the back & swirls it’s way around so the hem is asymmetric. Sounds odd but it’s cute.
