Do they have an arch support at all? Soft fusion at the bottom? I’m looking for something to wear while I massage inside peoples home that are small but give me some protection from hard floors (I’m usually barefoot)

The bottom is slightly cushioned, but I wouldn't call it full arch support like a sneaker. They call it a "Flex Form sole technology" that allows free range of motion and contoured comfort. They've never been worn so they would form to your foot easily.
