anna_sorrels @jennylou03 it comes with a size small band size. I added more photos with a tape measure to demonstrate length. approximately 6cm length on the box measurement for the band, and approximately 24cm including the device and band altogether. Hope this was helpful!

anna_sorrels @deana_pigue in my experience, I was using it days at a time without needing a recharge. However battery life may vary based on the activities it's recording and external factors, such as hot temperatures.
