anessavay @fancynancyj35 I really want it to work out for everyone but I'm not sure why it's not working the same as the other one. I tried the heart rate again after sitting and it flashed the heart but nothing recorded and not it just shows dashes. Is there something you know if I could trouble shoot?

anessavay @fancynancyj35 I understand how things fall between the cracks ( no pun intended). We are trying to troubleshoot first and get it connected with the Fitbit app.

anessavay @fancynancyj35 that may be the case since it won't connect to the app either. I'm really thinking the sensor is not properly working (consistently). Thank you.
