NWOT "Get Fit Done" I love that!! Super cute, lotttttts of pages to write about all of your progress. I love having a journal to keep track of my measurements along my weight loss journey. The scale doesn't always move but measurements show all!! The book has a few marks on the top right. Shown in the pics.
