Button-front closure with placket to hide buttons and eye hook to secure waist closure, so no worries about buttons popping open! Cap sleeves and collar neckline. Fully lined. Measures 15 inches at waist, 17 inches pit to pit, 14.5 inches shoulder to shoulder, 39 inches from back of neck to hem, 23 inches long from top of waist band to hem. Sits at natural waist. Skirt is pleated so forgiving in the hips, but not the waist. Minimal stretch in material. NO DISCOLORATION. NO STAINS. Minor pilling in some areas but not noticeable. I have always had this dry cleaned.
