Fitted Top with Bell Sleeves- Sz S/M

Gray/blue stripes with a fitted bodice and gathered detail at the waist to hem. Bell sleeves are a bit fitted to just above the elbow, then have bell flounce at the bottom half. Sleeve bottoms have the look of a cross-stitched floral design- but this is printed into the fabric- NOT actual embroidery. Sleeve and blouse hems are edged with cute white Pom pom trim. Zippered back. Chest measures 18” across at underarms, and is length is 25” from top back center neck to hem.
