Fitted black mini skirt

This skirt is a velvet material and is super cute! The skirt has very little wear and is in great condition. It sits at the highest point of your waist and hits 3-5 in above your knee. It has a zip back that can be a pain if you have to do it yourself. It has no stretch in the waist band but some in the rest of the skirt.
