Fitted black top with ombré fringe

One arm sleeve, the other side strapless. Last pic with flash is to really show the ombré fringe! This is adorable but a little small for me! It is a top, but can be stretched down to wear as a mini dress as well! I’m 5’4” and can wear it either way! It does have a zipper down the side! Bundle for a private offer 😊😊.
