Fitted long sleeve top, adorned front

Fitted black blouse, thin fabric - slightly see-through. A lot of detail in the front, including small metal disks and thread embroidery (please zoom into photos). The care sticker is cut (was bothering my skin) - but the fabric is probably a cotton-synthetic blend.
