This dress is from Ashley Boutique in Colorado, never worn, tags attached. It is ruched down the sides and very fitted, but in a flattering across the front way. Off the shoulders top, midi length. No defects. It is a soft silky material and is lined inside. Great for a date or the holidays! Size Small but I would say it fits a 0-2. However, it does have stretch.
